so apparently people still read my blog, quite eagerly, in fact, which makes me feel bad that i haven't kept it up to date in the past month. for the sake of completeness, today's photo is an oldy but goody, which hasn't been posted on this site yet. more than a handful of people have said this is their favorite, although i must admit this was probably the most impulsive photo i took. (this either says one of two things: i got lucky with this shot, or that i shouldn't try so hard.... probably a little bit of both). over the next few weeks, i should be taking more photos as i travel to more interesting places, and by interesting, i mean "not here." next stop: new york city, where i should probably pick up some cheap developer and fixer at b&h.
here's a question... how come all the good movies and tv shows are ending this year? november and december brought the end of the matrix and LOTR trilogies, and more recently we've seen the end of sex and the city and in a couple days, friends... this is also the last season for the sopranos (i think...), which just plain sucks (the fact that its ending, not the series!)...
about the photo... post ice storm run-off from the abandoned tobacco warehouse across the street taken in late january off my very first roll of film. blue devil ventures has been meaning to do something with it for years now, and god only knows what goes on in there.
